My parents thought a rabbit would be a short living pet that would teach me the joys of animal care... The first rabbit lived to be twelve and a half.
The giant beast in most of these photos is Sir Pontouff Pony- an extraordinary Flemish Giant. At 21lbs and 3 feet long, he's a whole lotta' bad bunny. Litter trained, he has the run of the house but chooses to spend his time lounging in a cardboard box under the kitchen table while I sew... occasionally stealing balls of wool or dragging remnants around the house.
